Director Of Merydion
Mike's first foray into the commercial property industry began in the late nineties when he oversaw the conversion of what is now Morris Green Business Park, from a 4.5 acre manufacturing factory into a 30 unit industrial site, which he eventually sold for £1.7m in 2002 at a profit of more than £1m.
Once the sale of this had been completed he merged three large cleaning companies to operate one of the biggest cleaning services in the North West, employing over 250 staff at 80 sites across the country, with a turnover of £2.5m and annual profits of £500k. He sold the company in 2008 and thanks to the profit from the sale he was lucky enough to be able to spend more time with his young family at a time when business took a backseat.
From 2010 until 2015 Mike began to specialise in brokering deals and buy outs for small to medium sized companies. He was part of a family consortium that would purchase a company and then either sell it on at a profit or strip it back and sell off non-profit arms of the company.
Mike came back into the commercial property industry at the end of 2015 and currently has three investments under his control with more to come in 2019.

Tom has been involved in large scale property sales for over forty years, cutting his teeth working for some of the UK's largest property PLC's before becoming a success in his own right as a property developer with dozens of successful projects under his belt.
He became Managing Director of Barratt Homes in 1974 before moving on to Bellway and then Milbury Homes.
